• Scope: This Policy applies to all users of Tawun's platform, including Specialists and Explorers based in the UAE. • Data Controller: Tawun is the "data controller" of your personal data as defined under the PDPL, meaning we determine the purposes and means of processing your personal information. • Privacy Commitment: We treat your personal information with high standards of security and confidentiality. In line with UAE legal requirements, we do not collect more data than necessary, and we do not use your data in ways not described in this Policy or not permitted by law. User profiles and activity are not searchable on the open internet; however, certain profile information may be visible to other logged-in users as part of the marketplace experience, as explained in this Policy. We will not sell your personal data to third parties for their own marketing without your explicit consent.
